Our mission: AlwaysConnected Solutions was founded to provide an effective way to improve the safety of seniors and the disabled. With the use of technology, which is available now, we provide families an effective way to be involved in the caregiving process without compromising their independence or dignity of their loved ones.

Jay attended undergraduate studies at Pace University in New York City majoring in business and computer information sciences. He has held key leadership roles in product development, business management and senior corporate management in the technology sector. Jay’s blended experience in corporate technology and entrepreneurship led him to found Always Connected Solutions where his “can do” philosophy will result in the company’s quest to provide solutions that bring profound value to its customers. |

Dr. Slandzicki completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Notre Dame and attended medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He graduated with his doctorate degree in 1993. He completed his residency training and became board certified in Family Medicine at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1996.Over the last several years, Dr. Slandzicki has served as a clinical instructor for the Vanderbilt University College of Medicine and School of Nursing. He also has been the principal investigator for numerous major research trials. Dr. Slandzicki practices full time in Family Medicine in Franklin, Tennessee as a partner in Nashville Medical Group – an affiliate of St. Thomas Health Services. Since 2007 he has served as the Medical Director of NHC Place Medical Center and Assisted Living Facility – Cool Springs. His strong interest in geriatrics has enabled him to help develop and implement systems to improve the care of the aging and disabled. He also serves as the Medical Director of NHC Homecare in Franklin, Tennessee. |
